Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) is a couples model developed from Internal Family Systems that helps partners understand the protective patterns and emotional dynamics that emerge inside relationships. Rather than focusing solely on communication techniques, this work explores the deeper fears, longings, nervous system responses, and attachment patterns that shape relational conflict and disconnection. My approach combines IFIO-informed relational work with somatic awareness, embodiment practices, and extensive experience facilitating complex group & relational processes. Sessions support couples in moving beyond cycles of blame, defensiveness, shutdown, or reactivity toward greater understanding, connection, and emotional safety. Sessions are self-pay and payment is due at the time of booking. Clients may request a superbill following sessions to submit to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
