Somatic IFS (75 Minute)

Service Description

75 minute Somatic Internal Family Systems offer more space to work not only with thoughts and emotions, but with non-verbal or pre-verbal Parts, creating space to witness the deeper nervous system patterns held within the body. This work is particularly supportive for those navigating trauma, relational wounds, chronic overwhelm, emotional looping, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. Together we explore the protective strategies, emotional memories, and embodied responses that shape your experience, while cultivating greater safety, presence, and self-leadership. Alongside advanced IFS training, I bring a long-standing background and training in trauma informed embodiment practices and group facilitation along with Somatic IFS training. Extended sessions allow for a more spacious pace and deeper level of integration than is often possible within a standard therapy hour. Sessions are self-pay and payment is due at the time of booking. Clients may request a superbill following sessions to submit to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
